SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - A magnitude 3.3 earthquake was felt in parts of the Arklatex early Thursday morning.

We asked our viewers to tell us if they felt the earthquake and received confirmation from Bossier City, Blanchard, and North Shreveport residents. One resident in North Shreveport says she thought a tree had fallen on her home from the intensity of the shake.
"It's a decent little shake; any time you get a magnitude 3 to 3.5 you're not really going to see any damage, but it can move the pictures on the wall. It will be noticeable," says Meteorologist Josh Marcisz.
