SC asks Punjab govt to shift fasting farmer leader Dallewal to makeshift hospital

The Supreme Court instructed Punjab authorities to transfer protesting farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal to a hospital. Dallewal was on an indefinite fast at the Khanauri border. He demanded a legal guarantee of minimum support price for crops. The court acted due to concerns about his health. Dallewal had previously cooperated with medical tests.
