Nancy Mace accused of going 'full AOC' as fight with top MAGA influencer goes off rails

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) has gotten into a feud with a supposed political ally -- again.

This time, Mace has gotten into a spat with conspiracy theorist Jack Posobiec, who made waves earlier this year by writing a book that labeled progressives as "unhuman."

The trouble started when Posobiec accused Mace of disloyalty to the MAGA movement because she voted to hold Trump ally Steve Bannon in contempt of Congress when he refused to comply with a subpoena from the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attacks on the United States Capitol building.

Mace defended herself by arguing that she was merely defending the right of Congress to enforce its subpoenas.

However, things soon went off the rails when Mace appeared to accuse Posobiec of wanting to sleep with her.

"Two words for Jack Poso: Would Not," she wrote in a post on X. "Not sure what his obsession of me is all about. It’s weird. We need more strong, intelligent, conservative women who love the Constitution and support Donald Trump. I won’t be bullied by Jack. Or any one."

Posobiec responded by comparing her to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who years ago accused her Republican critics of secretly wanting to date her.

"Nancy Mace went full AOC in her bizarre response to me," he wrote. "They’re just two sides of the same coin."
