PARENTS better set their alarms, as the exact date Aldi’s £3.50 school uniform bundle returns has been revealed.

This is why Aldi has decided to do its first ever January uniform launch, with the bundles available in stores from January 2nd.

And to help parents cope with the rising cost of living, Aldi has frozen the price of its school uniforms, to keep them affordable.

The budget bundle includes two polo shirts, and a choice of trousers, a skirt or cargo shirts, all for just £3.50.

The clothes are available in a range of colours, and in sizes between age four and age 12.

As well as this, Aldi is also offering another bundle, which includes the polos and trousers/skirt/shorts from the cheaper bundle, plus five pairs of ankle or knee high socks, and a pair of children’s leather school shoes, all for just £12.98.

The shoes are made with real leather and are available in sizes 10 to four.

For those just looking to stock up on an item or two, you can also buy uniform separately, including a pleated skirt for just £1.75, and sustainable trainers for £6.99.

Julie Ashfield, Managing Director of Buying at Aldi UK, said: “The cost of uniforms is an annual and often costly expense for families with growing children.

“At Aldi we believe every child should have access to affordable, comfortable and great quality school uniforms.

“We are thrilled to be able to offer our amazing value school uniform for the first time in January to help kick start the new year, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to families and helping to keep everyday costs low.’’

Back in 2023, Aldi introduced a 12-month satisfaction guarantee to the bundle, meaning that parents can be sure their bargain products will stand the test of time.

Aldi’s uniform is made from recycled polyester, and is designed to withstand playground tumbles.

However, the range is likely to sell out, so shoppers better race to Aldi quick to avoid missing out.

And the uniform isn’t the only bargain Aldi fans have been raving about recently.

Cuthbert cake lovers have been offered a treat before next week’s festivities as Aldi has unveiled a new spruced up chocolate version.

The edible caterpillar has been spotted with a green bow tie and sprinkles to add to the December cheer.

Sweet tooth fans have the chance to nab the 605 gram cake for just £6.49.

That’s a remarkable saving of £8.51 compared to M&S’ Sleigh Ride Colin which has been advertised online for £15.

Savvy shoppers will want to keep their eyes peeled when heading to their local Aldi, as the chocolate sponge has been filled with buttercream and enrobed in milk chocolate too.

Perfect for sharing with friends and family, the cake suggests it can serve 12 and is even vegetarian.
