Kejriwal announces Ambedkar scholarship for free foreign education of Delhi's Dalit students

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal unveiled the Dr. Ambedkar Samman Scholarship. The scholarship will fund overseas education for Dalit students. Kejriwal linked the initiative to a perceived BJP slight against Ambedkar. The scholarship covers tuition, travel, and living expenses. Government employees' children are also eligible. This announcement comes before the upcoming Delhi elections.
