My tanning schedule for the festive week will give you a perfect glow all the way through to 2025, says ex Love Islander
WITH Christmas Day just around the corner, most people aren’t just thinking about getting the food ready – they’re also focusing on their beauty routine.
For those who love a good fake tan, it’s all about getting that perfect glow for the festive season.
Demi Jones has revealed a fake tanning schedule to ensure the beauty fans have the perfect glow through to 2025[/caption] The former Love Islander became known for her bronzed look[/caption]And with New Year’s Eve right on its heels, some might be stressing over the best day to apply their tan to make sure it lasts and doesn’t go patchy.
Well, former Love Islander Demi Jones has got people covered and has shared a step-by-step guide to ensure beauty fans can have the perfect glow through to 2025.
Taking to TikTok, she said: “I have created the perfect December tanning schedule, step by step, what days you need to be doing what to keep your tan up the whole way through Christmas Eve, all the way through to 2025.”
Demi recommends that fake tanners should start the process on Monday 23 December where she says to do the full body tan using St Moriz Professional One Hour Fast Mousse, which costs £3.99 from Amazon.
She says: “This develops in as little as one hour and has aloe vera and vitamin E inside.”
Then on Tuesday 24 December the reality star recommends tanning the face because everyone wants to wake up and open all their presents “looking glowy and bronze and looking gorgeous for Santa.”
For this, Demi, 26, used the Advanced Face Tanning Mist from St. Moriz, which costs £7.99 from Boots.
She claims that the product is simply “perfect” as it leaves her looking “radiant” and makes her tan look “so glowy.”
Day four is boxing day, where Demi says that beauty fans can now relax and enjoy their tan whilst eating their “body weight in chocolate and chill.”
She says: “All we need to do is moisturise. I moisturise with the Advanced Illuminating Gradual Tan.
“Infused with hyaluronic acid so it’s super hydrating and it has shimmer pigments and it makes your tan last. Friday and Saturday we’re just going to chill.
“Enjoy your presents, your tan’s still going to be there.”
Then day seven is time for exfoliating.
She says: “We’re going to get rid of 2024. Since forever I’ve used the Glicolic Peel Tan Remover.
You’ll be waking up with a gorgeous, popping, glowing tan ready for 2025
Demi Jones, 26
“It removes all the dead skin cells ready for that new fresh tan. Here we go again baby.
“Monday 30th is your full body tanning session.
“Round two, this is your last tanning session of the year.
“Day nine, you’re complete. That is the tanning schedule done.
She recommends tanning the face on a different day to the body[/caption]“You’ll be waking up with a gorgeous, popping, glowing tan ready for 2025.”
Many beauty fans rushed to the comments section of her video to share their thoughts, and many were thankful for the schedule.

Superdrug Solait Self Tan Mousse Medium – £4.79 (was £5.99) – Buy Now
- Tester: Abby Wilson, Senior Fabulous Digital Writer
- Review: “This product give a very natural looking tan and if you wanted something a bit bolder, I’d suggest leaving it on longer or choosing a darker shade. I’m impressed with the results, but now my entire room stinks of the stuff. If you’re on a budget and want a tan for last-minute plans, I would say this is one to try. “
bBold Dream Mousse Tan in Dark – £9.50 – Buy Now
- Tester: Josie O’Brien, Senior Fabulous Digital Writer
- Review: “The first thing that hit me about this tan was the “juicy watermelon” scent – it’s delicious. I was left with a natural bronze hue rather than orange glow. My only qualm is that the tan seemed to stick to my dry patches and accentuated ‘strawberry skin’ on my legs. I’m still adding this tan to my arsenal though – the smell, colour and texture are dreamy.”
St Moriz Professional Medium Tanning Mousse – £4.99 – Buy Now
- Tester: Kate Kulniece, Fabulous Writer
- Review: “Not only does St Moriz mousse leave you with a gorgeous bronzed glow, but it also smells fabulous – think Piña Colada on a sunny beach. At first, I was a little bit sceptical cause I’m a gradual fake tan girlie, but this quick developing St. Moriz number may change it all.”
One wrote: “Will be using this! With your moisturiser added in of course!”
A second said: “Thank you. Needed this.”
Whilst another added: “This is what the girls needed!”
