Miguel Aguilar Dead - Fitness Influencer Dies After Being Shot in Attempted Robbery at 43
Miguel Aguilar has tragically passed away.
The popular fitness influencer, also known as @selfmadefamilyinc, who owned a chain of gyms in Southern California, has passed on Saturday (December 21) after being shot in the face in an attempted robbery three months ago in Los Angeles.
“We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our founder and CEO, Miguel Angel Aguilar. After a courageous three-month battle following the tragic incident that took place on September 13th, 2024, Miguel peacefully passed away on December 21st, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones,” his team announced.

Miguel was allegedly followed home by four men and confronted in his driveway. He was shot in the face in the attempted robbery, according to reports.
Since then, three men were arrested in Northern California in connection to the robbery and shooting, facing charges of murder, attempted robbery and assault with a firearm, and face potential life in prison, via TMZ.
