The initial public offer (IPO) of Sanathan Textiles was fully subscribed by 10:54 AM on the final day of bidding, with overall subscriptions of 2.28 times. The Rs 550 crore issue consists of a fresh equity sale of Rs 400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 46.72 lakh shares.
