TVS Emerald acquires 12-acre land parcel on Chennai’s Radial Road

Realty developer TVS Emerald has acquired a 12-acre land parcel on Radial Road in Chennai, marking one of the largest real estate deals in the city in the last two years. This acquisition offers a development potential of 2.5 million sq ft with a revenue potential of Rs 2,800 crore.
