I’m the original Dubai housewife – I expect £200k stocking fillers to keep my happy & Dior clothes for our 10-month-old
A RICH Dubai housewife has shared a glimpse of what her Christmas will be like this year.
Linda Andrade, 25, and her husband Ricky, became parents this year with their 10-month-old daughter Amira, and Linda plans to throw her a Christmas she won’t forget.
She also planned for her daughter to get a new designer wardrobe with her husband’s bank card[/caption]But of course, as a housewife, Linda doesn’t plan to spend her own money on the festive day, instead, she’ll be waiting for Ricky to hand out the cheques.
Speaking to the MailOnline, Linda, who lives between LA and Dubai revealed she would be expecting 10-carat diamond earrings from De Beers which cost £200,000 in her stocking.
The pair, who plan to spend Christmas Day in Dubai will head to the shopping malls after opening presents.
Linda reveals she plans to get their daughter a new wardrobe of Dior clothes and shoes, and of course, jewellery.
She said: “Honestly, her jewellery is more important to me than her education, because if you’re rich, beautiful and smart you won’t have to work for a living.
“And as I have told Ricky, in Arab countries it’s practically illegal for a little girl not to wear gold jewellery from birth.”
When Amira was first born the couple spent $3,000 (£2,400) on a solid gold pacifier and $6,000 on a Dior stroller.
In the same outing, they also bought her $30,000 (£24,000) of treats from Tiffany’s, her first collection of luxe designs.
While Dubai is mainly a Muslim country, Linda says they often go all out for Christmas as they love an excuse to celebrate.
“Though it’s the capital of a Muslim state and quite religiously strict, Dubai knows how to do Christmas… perhaps because Arabs appreciate gold so much. Instead of red and green, we go for gold baubles, tinsel, stars and lights,” she said.
Despite expecting lavish gifts for herself and her daughter she doesn’t plan to buy her husband any[/caption]“Most people don’t even think about the Christian element. It isn’t relevant here. We just love to have a good time.
“But this year I want to add an Islamic element, so I’ve persuaded Ricky the tree needs to be curved, in the Muslim crescent shape. I feel that’s both respectful and attractive.”
She says the pair met at the gym in the US, and she always let Ricky know she had high standards when it came to a future husband.
Linda adds: ” He knew from the outset that I have demanding standards and, if he wanted to keep me, he’d have to be a millionaire.

“He did much better than that. As a cryptocurrency trader and property investor, he has met all his targets so far – including the toughest one, presenting me with exactly half my body weight in gold when we got married two years ago.”
For those wanting to find a rich husband as well, the mum-of-one offered her advice.
“If any woman is reading this and thinking, ‘I wish my husband would buy me diamonds and take me to the Maldives – but we can’t afford it,’ I have a very important piece of advice for you.
“Make him.
“It’s no good compromising at the beginning. If you don’t start with gemstones and super-luxury hotels, he’ll know he can get away with being cheap all his life. And that’s not healthy for him, and it’s certainly no fun for you.”
While Linda is planning to have hundreds of thousands of pounds spent on her, she says she won’t be getting her husband a gift.
After giving birth to their little girl earlier this year, she asked what more he could want.
