Dabur moves Delhi HC against Patanjali over Chyawanprash ad campaign

Dabur has approached the Delhi High Court to prevent Patanjali Ayurved from airing advertisements that allegedly disparage its Chyawanprash products. The court has issued a notice and scheduled a hearing in late January. Dabur argues the ads misleadingly imply that only Patanjali's Chyawanprash is authentic, damaging competitors' reputations and misleading consumers.
