1. 3 cats lost in Schoharie County trailer fire

There was a trailer fire on Monday morning that left three cats dead. Gallupville Fire Chief Michael Boomhower said it was on Drebitko Road in the town of Wright.

2. Troy Turkey Trot donates $20,000 to local charities

The 2024 Troy Turkey Trot raised $21,000 to benefit two primary charities, the Regional Food Bank and Joseph’s House and Shelter Inc. On Monday, Event Director George Regan and Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello presented $10,000 checks to each organization.

3. CDTA announces Christmas, New Year’s service schedule

The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced its 2024 holiday service schedules for Christmas and New Year’s Day. On both days, CDTA will operate on a Sunday schedule.
