Even in the Summer House season nine trailer, former star Danielle Olivera makes a guest appearance and questions why Lindsay and her man haven’t moved in together as they’re about to welcome a child.
“I just don’t want it to feel like you’re single momming this up,” Danielle says.
“We went to lunch like a month ago, and once we talked more in depth about the whole living situation, she was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I completely understand your perspective now,” Lindsay told People more recently. “I was like, ‘First of all, two years ago you’re telling me I’m moving too fast. Now you’re pushing me to move in before I’m ready.’”
Now that she’s given birth to their daughter, Lindsay adds they still don’t live together, “but he has spent the night and has been by my side 24/7 for the entire past month.”
“And even though technically this is my apartment, this is our HQ for the home of our daughter and me. He basically brought over a bunch of clothes and toiletries and is essentially going between my apartment and his apartment, but rarely ever leaves me and Gemma,” she said.
“If there’s anything that I’ve learned from my past, especially in my last relationship, it’s that nothing is guaranteed. And when you get pregnant so quickly into dating, I didn’t want to put more pressure on our relationship than a pregnancy and a baby is already putting that —very big, lifelong pressure,” Lindsay continued. “I would love to say, ‘One step at a time.’ And, yes, it’s a little backwards and it’s a little out of order, but I wasn’t about to add to the to-do list.”
She says moving in together “is being discussed.”
“My lease is up in June. We talk a lot about school districts and making those decisions based off of where we might want to send Gemma to school.”
Lindsay‘s pregnancy journey over the summer will be shared when Summer House season nine premieres in February on Bravo. Meet the new cast members here!
