Wetherspoons opening hours for the 664 pubs serving booze TODAY

WETHERSPOONS is open for business today in over 600 pubs so punters can raise a glass in true Christmas spirit.

The bargain boozer is feeling the festivity this year with pints being poured between certain hours in branches all across the UK.

A complete 664 branches will be open to the public serving a variety of drinks including draught pints, spirits, wine and fizz.

This will span locations up and down the country – from Scotland to the South East of England.

The venues which are opening will serve between the hours at 11am and 3pm meaning pubgoers get a full four hours to celebrate together.

However there is limited menu and pubs won’t be serving food – so make sure you have sorted out your own Christmas lunch.

The Sun has asked Wetherspoons pubs if kitchens in its airport branches are opening and we will update readers if we hear back.

This includes sites in Heathrow, Birmingham and London Gatwick airports.

To find out what drinks your local pub has in store today you can go to the chain’s website and type in your location.

It might help to check this morning before you arrive to save any disappointment.

You can also use the Store Locator tool online to find out where your nearest Spoons is located.

Only 133 branches are remaining closed today out of the 797 in total.

High street tops traditionally close their doors on Christmas Day, but pubs tend to work differently.

If you’re looking for another boozer, chain pubs are your best bet.

Branches like Young’s, Fullers and Greene King are also open to the public.

Their opening hours may be restricted based on the decision of the pub owner but you can always ring up or look on their website to find out.

It’s sometimes advised to book in advance, especially if you’re wanting a Christmas dinner, so be prepared that it may be too late.

The full list of Wetherspoons pubs that are opening today are listed below:
