Bright skies, cold temps on Christmas Day, Hanukkah in NY, NJ

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Look for bright skies and cold conditions this Christmas Day and Hanukkah.

Afternoon highs will be in the mid to upper-30s.

For those of you celebrating Hanukkah after sunset, you can expect mostly clear skies and temperatures in the upper-20s to low-30s.

Expect temperatures to gradually increase over the next several days.

We'll make our way into the low and mid-40s for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and we could even see a few 50s by Sunday.

We'll stay on the dry side through Friday, but some wet weather is likely this weekend.
