Delhi Metro completes 22 years of operations

Delhi Metro, which began operations on December 24, 2002, marked 22 years of service, noted for introducing modern public transport in Delhi NCR. Starting with a four-coach train, it has been expanded to eight coaches, covering 27 lakh kilometers and transporting 5.4 crore passengers.
