Madhya Pradesh HC stays Religare AGM on investor's plea

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has stayed the AGM of Religare Enterprises scheduled for December 31, following a writ petition by an investor. The petition claims the AGM would allow the Burmans, major shareholders, to exploit their stake and alter management, opposed by current leader Rashmi Saluja.
