Manmohan Singh’s final visit to Panjab University on a sweltering April day

Dr. Manmohan Singh, former Prime Minister of India, visited Panjab University to deliver the inaugural Professor SB Rangnekar memorial lecture. Despite physical constraints, he interacted with faculty and students. Singh, an alumnus, emphasized India's promising future. He also pledged and fulfilled gifting his library collection to the university where he studied.
