Katie Price fuels split rumours as she spends Christmas apart from JJ Slater
KATIE Price has fuelled split rumours after spending Christmas apart from her rumored fiancé, JJ Slater.
Page 3 legend Katie, 46, enjoyed the festive period with her long-time friend Kerry, 44, rather than with the 32-year-old MAFS star.
This comes after JJ posted a photo to his Instagram Story featuring his family, with Katie noticeably absent.
Katie and Kerry, who first met on I’m a Celebrity in 2004, are currently starring together as the wicked stepsisters in a pantomime production of Cinderella at Northwich Memorial Court in Cheshire.
But, in the midst of their theatrical success, both women appear to be navigating woes in their personal lives.
Kerry recently announced her split from her fiancé Ryan Mahoney due to a “breach of trust”.
And, of course, Katie and JJ are miles apart during the holiday season.
Katie and her eldest child Harvey, 22, were seen having a pub roast with Kerry and her loved ones in Instagram snaps.
It’s a far cry from an OK! report in November, which claimed Katie wanted to propose to her man after just 11 months.
The former glamour model has been engaged eight times and had three husbands.
According to a source close to the couple, the mum-of-five was determined to make this Christmas an unforgettable one.
The source revealed: “It’s their first Christmas together as an official couple.
“Katie wants it to be really special and magical — to make a really big deal of it.
“She absolutely loves Christmas. It’s a really special time for her, especially with the kids.”
They added: “It’s about new horizons, and she really wants to do something big to show how happy she is with where she’s at in her life.
“A proposal to JJ would be perfect for that, so she is really considering it.”
Katie’s eldest child is Harvey, who she shares with Dwight Yorke.
The pair dated briefly in the early 2000s.
Katie has Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, with her ex husband Peter Andre.
The former couple were married between 2005 and 2009.
The star also shares Jett, 11, and Bunny, 10, with her ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
Katie has been open about wanting another too.
Last year, she opened up about her IVF journey on the Turning Adversity Into An Asset podcast.
Katie said: “I have got a surrogate, I haven’t got any eggs anymore, I’m 44, I want another baby so what am I supposed to do?
“I can’t pop it out.”
She continued: “I have got this lady, it will be my egg – she’s been a fan of mine for years and she does do surrogacy.”
