Coffee shop joining mixed-use development opening in Hilliard
HILLIARD, Ohio (WCMH) - As progress is being made on Hilliard's newest development, a family-owned coffee shop will be joining the new campus next year once construction is complete.
Qahwah House will be opening at TruePointe, a mixed-used development project located at 4457 Trueman Boulevard that's under construction and expected to be finished by the end of 2025, according to the city.
The 2,900-square-foot shop will join the development in a multi-tenant retail building, offering specialty coffees, drinks, pastries and more. Qahwah House is based out of Dearborn, Michigan, and has a shop at 189 E. Main St. in Columbus.
TruePointe has been a work in progress since its groundbreaking in July 2023. The development is on a 27-acre site that was picked by Equity, a development firm based in Hilliard.
Qahwah is one of many businesses coming to TruePointe, including Drunch Eatery + Bar and Home2 by Hilton hotel. The campus will also offer restaurant, lodging, office and residential space, along with public gathering areas, green space, trails, parking garages and more.
