Lawyers involved in children's hospital lawsuit appear in court

After four hours of lawyers shuttling between his chambers, a nearby conference room, and a courthouse hallway, a Lucas County judge set several court dates in January for the breach-of-contract lawsuit Mercy Health filed in early December against ProMedica and Nationwide Children’s-Toledo.
