ISRO’s salary structure features various advanced grade levels, including SE, SF, SG, G, and H. At the top of these grades are two esteemed positions: Distinguished Scientist, the highest rank at ISRO, and Outstanding Scientist, which is awarded to individuals with exceptional achievements and contributions.

For a Scientist/Engineer-SC, typically the entry-level position at ISRO, the starting salary, including various allowances, is around Rs 72,362 per month.
