Dharavi Redevelopment Project changes name to Navbharat Mega Developers

Dharavi Redevelopment Project Pvt Ltd has been renamed Navbharat Mega Developers Pvt Ltd. The rebranding, affirmed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, aims to avoid confusion with the government authority, Dharavi Redevelopment Authority. The Adani Group holds an 80% stake, with the Maharashtra government controlling the remaining 20%.
