(KLFY) -- The storms that rolled through Acadiana Saturday evening has led to thousands of people without electric power.

As of 7 p.m. Saturday, poweroutage.us, a website that tracks power outages nationwide, is reporting the following significant outages:

• Acadia Parish: 1,099
• Allen Parish: 3,670
• Evangeline Parish: 3,545
• St. Landry Parish: 3,942
• Lafayette Parish: 1,417

Further north, Rapides Parish reports 7,049 outages and Avoyelles has 3,099.

Cleco is reporting 19,733 outages across its coverage area, and Entergy reports 6,493 of its customers are out statewide.
