I would guess that the idea behind charging £29 for U10's is because most parents will say 'Eff that I'm not paying £29 for a 9yo's ticket' so the ticket will be available for an adult to buy at £42.
So they won't be 'losing' £29 by the junior ticket not being purchased but gaining £42 when an adult buys the seat.
Of course the obvious common sense idea would be for there to be a rule change allowing for games to be played at the larger ground which would enable lower league teams to get a 'life changing' pay day with charging huge prices.
