Toddler nearly tumbles off 400-foot cliff while visiting the erupting Kilauea volcano in Hawaii on Christmas night

A toddler wandered off from his family, according to the NPS. The child ran straight toward the edge of a 400-foot cliff before being snatched to safety by his mother.
