ICICI Securities downgrades Star Cement on M&A overhang

UltraTech Cement, India's largest cement producer, approved a plan on Friday to acquire up to 3.70 crore equity shares of Star Cement at a maximum price of Rs 235 per share in an all-cash transaction.
