Adani Enterprises to fully exit Adani Wilmar in $2 bn multi-phased deal

Adani Enterprises Ltd will exit its 44% holding in Adani Wilmar Ltd in two phases, selling up to 31.06% to Wilmar International’s subsidiary, Lence Pte Ltd, and approximately 13% to meet public shareholding requirements. The transaction will be completed via a call or put option mechanism, with the agreement signed on December 30, 2024.
