On-loan Tottenham midfielder, Jamie Donley, is starting to come into his own at Leyton Orient, having now found the back of the net for the second week running.

When Jamie Donley made a loan switch to Leyton Orient back in the summer, most Spurs fans would have expected the attacking midfielder to completely rip up League One.
After all, the 19-year-old is considered one of the best players in his age group at Hotspur Way and had not only impressed for the Under-21s but had also been in and around the first team for quite a while.
Yet, to many people’s surprise, the teenager did not have the easiest of starts to his spell with the O’s, initially struggling to get starts under his belt.
However, Donley has now managed to turn things around over the last month and he is now showcasing his quality in the final third.
Jamie Donley scores for the second week running
Donley was the star of the show for Orient as they overcame Barnsley 4-0 away from home last Saturday, with the Tottenham man scoring once and registering two assists.
The attacking midfielder once again made a crucial contribution for Richie Wellens’ side, who emerged 2-0 winners at home against Cambridge United yesterday.
Donley doubled his side’s lead in the 70th minute, showing a striker’s instinct by sliding in at the far post to turn home Charlie Kelman’s low cross across the face of the goal.
An exciting few months coming up for Donley
Donley is now playing like someone who is full of confidence, and he has now well and truly made the number ten spot at Orient his own.
The 19-year-old could now go from strength to strength over the coming months at Brisbane Road as his talent has never been in doubt.
I am sure the decision-makers at Tottenham will be watching with interest to see what the Spurs academy graduate can produce over the next five months before he returns to Hotspur Way.
