Kristin Cavallari Got Refreshingly Candid About Why This Country Singer She Once Dated 'Hurt Her Feelings'

Ever since Kristin Cavallari‘s split from her ex-husband Jay Cutler in 2022, she’s been nothing but an open book. Whether it’s getting candid about jumping back into the dating pool, or her recent experience dating someone 13 years her junior, Cavallari’s shared it all with her fans. And, most recently, she’s opened up about another relationship, this time with country music star Morgan Wallen.

While chatting with Bunnie Xo in her Dumb Blonde podcast, Cavallari dished on their relationship. “Morgan’s a good guy,” she said in a teaser for the episode on TikTok. “He has a big heart, he really does.”

“The first date we went on, he was a true gentleman,” Cavallari, who shares kids Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9, with Cutler, remembered. “He was like, ‘I’ll pick you up, I’ll pick the place, just f—- handle business.’ He came and picked me up, he met my kids, my kids were so excited. It was so cute.”

The date ended on a high note too. “He dropped me off, he kissed me in the rain and it was the sweetest thing and we hung out thereafter,” she said.

But while the two continued to “hang out” after that first date, Cavallari admitted that their fling was “up and down too.”

Bunnie then referred to the video in which Cavallari confirmed their relationship. In it, her friend Justin Anderson claimed that the “Whiskey Glasses” singer “hurt her feelings.”

“He didn’t hurt my feelings,” she clarified. “I’ll be honest with you, Morgan was the first guy in my f—ing life that wasn’t just completely enamored with me … and I was like, ‘What in f— is going on?’ It really threw me.”

The two then agreed that his attitude was likely because of his womanizer ways. “He’s been with every woman in the planet,” they agreed.

“I love having the upper hand and I feel like with him I didn’t have the upper hand,” Cavallari admitted. “The only time in my life.”

But while things didn’t work out between them, Cavallari said she has “nothing but good things to say about him.” “He’s a great f– buddy,” she sprinkled in. “He was good in bed.”

Prior to her confessions about Wallen, Cavallari was open about her split with Mark Estes in October.

“I started to feel the age a little bit just with life experience,” Cavallari admitted in her Let’s Be Honest podcast, per Us Weekly. As a reminder, while Cavallari is 37, Estes was only 24.

“I look back [to] when I was 24 and how much life has happened for me in between,” she needed. “Those are crucial years. Those are formative years. This is when you find yourself. He needs to be able to do that.”
