In 2024, Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province security forces killed 270 terrorists, including high-profile militants with bounties on their heads. The provincial police arrested 802 terrorism suspects, with a significant conviction rate increase. 149 police officers were killed, and 232 injured.
