Rs 1,500 crore to be transferred to ITC for growth & contingency requirements

ITC will demerge its hotel business effective January 1, 2025. Shareholders will get one ITC Hotels share for every 10 ITC shares on the record date, January 6, 2025. ITC Hotels will list its shares within 60 days of NCLT order. ITC Hotels will operate with a zero-debt balance sheet and be positioned for growth.
