Possible kidnapping or assault in Vancouver prompts police investigation

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Vancouver police are seeking information about a possible kidnapping or assault that took place after midnight on Dec. 29.

A 911 caller told authorities they witnessed the incident near the intersection of SE 164th Avenue and First Street, according to police.

“The involved parties are associated with this silver sedan — most likely a Honda Accord,” officials said.

No other details were immediately available.
