Women’s Health Wednesday: New Year's resolutions

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- As we begin the new year, many women are looking to prioritize their own health. Perhaps you're looking to get your finances in order, be more productive, or better organized. Or, maybe you're hoping to avoid the post-holiday blues and focus more on your mental health.

In this week’s Women’s Health Wednesday, local psychologist Dr. Julie Morison talks about making specific, attainable, and reasonable New Year's resolutions. She also talks about making these resolutions with your other family members in mind and how to help keep everyone, including yourself, happy.

"If you can start making small goals for yourself and activate things around that, you can feel successful," said Dr. Morison. "And that improves your mood."
