Marvel Just Dropped a Bunch of Scarily Realistic Red Hulk Statues IRL
The release of Captain America: Brave New World is just around the corner. And to celebrate the next Marvel blockbuster, you can do something in real life that you've never been able to do before: Get a selfie with a massive Harrison Ford rage monster.
In various movie theaters across the U.S., Marvel has unleashed highly accurate, massive statues of Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford) in his Red Hulk mode, as he'll appear in the next Captain America. Complete with juiced-up veins popping out of his skin, this Red Hulk is not only super accurate but, slightly hilarious in its attention to detail.

Within the context of the MCU, Thaddeus Ross is a U.S. government official who, in previous installments, was played by the late William Hurt. The trailers for Captain America: Brave New World reference the change of actor, noting that Ross had to "lose the mustache or lose the election." This is because, in the new movie, Ross is now the President of the United States. (Which, as we all know, is not the first time Ford has played that part.)
Why is the Red Hulk red? And is he more powerful than the regular, Green Hulk? Well, the reason he's red is because these Hulk powers make him heat up to dangerous levels. It's kind of like the Red Hulk is running a fever all the time. Throughout Marvel Comics' history, various Red Hulks (including Thaddeus Ross) are generally portrayed as unstable, and nearly always, villains or anti-heroes.
For now, the fate of the Red Hulk in the new movie is unknown. But your selfie with the Red Hulk is a (terrifying) memory that will last a lifetime
