SC orders UGC to share equal opportunity cell data

The Supreme Court directs the University Grants Commission to collect and present data from universities on establishing Equal Opportunity Cells and report on complaints received and actions taken under the 2012 regulations, in response to a PIL highlighting caste discrimination in higher educational institutions.
