Surgeon general calls for tougher warnings about alcohol and cancer risk

Surgeon General Vivek Murthy called for tougher warnings about the cancer risk from drinking alcoholic beverages. It would take an act of Congress to change the warnings. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports.
