Two arrested for dragging two Dalit women on road in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena
The incident took place over throwing of cow dung on a barking dog by a woman’s young son after which the accused identified as Rajesh Tomar and Kumheir Singh Tomar arrived at her home with some more men carrying sticks and knives and attacked the family members
