Padma Shri awardee Dr. Jeewan Singh Titiyal retires after 46 years of service at AIIMS, farewell video goes viral

Dr. Jeewan Singh Titiyal has retired from AIIMS, Delhi, concluding a notable 46-year career in eye care and medical education. Colleagues bid him an emotional farewell. Dr. Titiyal started as an MBBS student in 1978, eventually becoming head of the RP Centre.
