Editorial: Legislative ethics lapses
It’s going on five years since the FirstEnergy bribery scandal erupted at the Ohio Statehouse. Even more shameful than the worst public corruption scandal in state history is the total inaction by Ohio government to end the pay-to-play culture in Columbus.
