UPSDMA holds training to tackle nuclear, chemical disasters at Maha Kumbh

The Uttar Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority organised a training program to enhance preparedness for chemical and nuclear disasters during the Maha Kumbh fair. The training was organised jointly with the Department of Atomic Energy and focused on disaster management techniques, safe rescue operations and health assistance. Over 400 participants including officials and scientists attended.
