Jharkhand govt suspends classes till grade 8 from Jan 7-13 due to cold wave

Schools in Jharkhand will remain closed for kindergarten to class 8 students from January 7 to 13 due to the cold wave. The state's Education Department issued a notification mentioning a suspension of classes across all school categories as temperatures fall below 6 degrees Celsius. Classes for grades 9-12 will continue as usual.
