Suspected repeat arsonist sought in Brooklyn: NYPD

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (PIX11) -- Police are searching for a man in connection to a string of fires in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

All three incidents happened near 100 Ralph Avenue and were intentional, police say.

The first incident occurred at approximately 11:25 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6. The second incident took place around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, and the last incident happened at about 1:24 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1.

No one was injured during any of the incidents, police say.

The suspect is described to be around 25 to 30 years old, and is 5'10'', and 190 pounds, according to the NYPD. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants, and gray and white shoes.
