Judge Zouhary wants status update on Campbell's pollution allegations this week

U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary wants to know this week whether Campbell Soup Co. is any closer to reaching a settlement with those who are suing its Napoleon plant for what they consider to be longstanding, excessive discharges to the Maumee River.
