Ohio lawmakers open session with northwest Ohioans at the helm

COLUMBUS — Constitutionally bound to convene despite Monday's snowstorm, the two chambers of the Ohio General Assembly opened the 136th General Assembly by formally electing two northwest Ohioans to lead them over the next two years.
