US allows transactions with HTS but keeps sanctions

TEHRAN, Jan. 07 (MNA) – The US has issued a sanctions exemption for transactions with the ruling HTS ruling body for 6 months, as part of efforts purportedly seeking to ease the flow of humanitarian assistance following Bashar Assad' downfall.
