Who’s playing the NBA All-Star Concert Series? Read on …

There’s going to be more than just hoops being played when the NBA All-Star festivities take place in the Bay area in February.

There’s also going to be plenty of live music, thanks to the All-Star Weekend Concert Series. The NBA today announced the lineup for the series, which kicks off Feb. 14 with a performance by popular music producer/DJ Zedd, who’s known for such hits as “Stay,” featuring Alessia Cara, and “The Middle” featuring Maren Morris.

The Chainsmokers, the dance-pop act responsible for such hits as “Closer,” “Paris” and “Something Just Like This,” close the series by headlining the NBA All-Star Post Game Concert on Feb. 16.

There will also be a concert on Feb. 15, but the lineup for that night has yet to be announced.

Although the actual All-Star game takes place on Feb. 16 at the home of the Golden State Warriors — Chase Center in San Francisco — the concerts will be held at Pier 48 on San Francisco’s Embarcadero.

Three-day concert passes start at $400; got to Nbaevents.com for tickets and more information.
