India will need 2.43 million blue-collar workers, with the quick commerce sector expected to create 500,000 jobs, according to a report by Indeed. The growth is seen in Tier 1 cities like Chennai and Pune, as well as Tier 2 cities like Chandigarh and Ahmedabad.
