If any of these teams fail FFP or P&S rules then it needs to be noted that they actively turned away revenue.

There's probably a bit more to it, than simply turning down money, because they think it's a good financial decision.

Less than a decade ago, we had spare seats for over 10,000 away fans per game, but chose not to release them. I'm fairly confident there was good reason for it.
