Victorian premier confirms 'overwhelming vote' against top cop's leadership 'couldn't be overlooked'

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has said police members' "overwhelming vote" of a lack of confidence in Victoria's top cop "simply couldn't be overlooked".
